Horgan's Quay

No. 1 No. 1 incorporates a part newly constructed, part restoration to Grade A modern office block. The new building, cantilevered over the original Goods Shed Cork limestone wall, provides modern open floor plates with natural light from dual aspects. The upper floors of No. 1 have built-in solar shading to negate the south and west aspects of the building.
