TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION NO. 4 HORGAN’S QUAY Executive Summary No. 4 Horgan’s Quay is a new 8-storey office building which features 8 large open-plan office floors fronting the newly formed Railway Square. Level 4 and level 6 benefit from large terraces, with views towards Montenotte and the city. The office reception is accessed through a glass revolving door from Railway Square, the reception provides direct access to the vertical circulation in the central core. A secondary entrance from the podium parking area leads directly to the reception area and vertical circulation.
